Groups & Workshops

Some things are better carried alongside others.

Be seen. Be held. Begin.

Small, structured groups led with clinical care — a place to learn something useful, to be understood by people in the same season, and to set down what’s heavy without carrying it alone. Every group runs in English, Ukrainian, or Russian.

Before you join

To join any group, call or email to say you’re interested. Enrichment and educational groups are open from there. Therapeutic and support groups add a few intake forms and a short conversation first, so we can make sure the group is the right fit — or point you toward a better first step if it isn’t.

Groups run out-of-network and privately, and are often a more accessible way to begin than individual sessions. For couples or families who’d like one-to-one work, individual therapy is always available alongside.
