The addiction is in recovery. The relationship is still waiting to be tended.
Eight weeks for couples where recovery is established and the relationship is still healing.
Recovery from addiction is necessary, and nowhere near the whole story. Many couples get the addiction into recovery and find the relationship still aching — and no one prepared them for that part. A relationship has its own recovery, with its own gentle, learnable work.
This is couples work for partners touched by addiction — a warm, relational group that walks alongside the recovery each of you is already doing, whatever the substance or behavior. Together we rebuild trust as small, daily, doable actions, make room for the feelings that had nowhere to go, and begin picturing a life no longer organized around the addiction. A private conversation with each of you comes first, so we can make sure the group is a good fit for where you are now.
From two recoveries to a life that isn’t organized around the addiction.
Groups run out-of-network and privately. Paying in full at enrollment holds your place for the whole series — and lets the group form as a stable, closed circle: the same people, from beginning to end.
A full refund if you withdraw before the first session. In the first two weeks, a prorated refund or a credit toward a future group. Once the group has formed, the remaining sessions aren’t refundable — the circle was built around your place in it — but if something serious comes up, talk to me and we’ll find a fair way through.
A superbill is available for possible partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Whether a group qualifies depends on its nature, so it’s best to check with your insurance company.
Seats are limited to keep the group small and safe. Reach out — we’ll find out together whether this is the right next step for you both, and there’s no pressure either way.
