Some of it was never yours. You’re carrying it anyway.
Eight weeks on the patterns handed down a family line — and the careful work of setting down what was never yours to carry.
Some of what you carry is a wound you received. Some of it is a burden handed to you — a way of being that kept your family alive long before you arrived, still running now, though it isn’t keeping you alive so much as keeping you small.
We work with your family’s history, not a detailed account of your own hardest moments. We map three generations, name the rules nobody wrote down, and approach — gently, never forced — the parts still loyal to what they were handed, until you can set down what was never yours and keep what is.
From what came with the furniture to what you pass on.
Groups run out-of-network and privately. Paying in full at enrollment holds your place for the whole series — and lets the group form as a stable, closed circle: the same people, from beginning to end.
A full refund if you withdraw before the first session. In the first two weeks, a prorated refund or a credit toward a future group. Once the group has formed, the remaining sessions aren’t refundable — the circle was built around your place in it — but if something serious comes up, talk to me and we’ll find a fair way through.
A superbill is available for possible partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Whether a group qualifies depends on its nature, so it’s best to check with your insurance company.
Seats are limited to keep the group small and safe. Reach out — we’ll find out together whether this is the right next step for you, and there’s no pressure either way.
