You were the language broker and the cultural interpreter — the one who called the insurance company before you were old enough to understand it. You grew up fast, in two directions at once, and some part of you is still on call.

You were the translator, the appointment-maker, the bridge. You were eleven — and this is six weeks of setting some of that weight down.

We look at the two selves you learned to switch between, guilt as the currency of your family, success that somehow didn’t land, and the contact you get to choose now, on adult terms.

The six weeks

From the bridge kid to the contact you choose.

Week
1

The bridge kid

Language broker, cultural interpreter, the one who called the insurance company.
Practice
What did you handle before you should have?
Week
2

Two selves

The one at home, the one everywhere else — and the switch at your own front door.
Practice
Naming both, without ranking them.
Week
3

Guilt as family currency

Not manipulation — the actual math of what they gave up. That’s why it works.
Practice
Naming what you carry, out loud.
Week
4

Success that doesn’t land

You achieved it. It didn’t close the gap.
Practice
Whose dream did you complete?
Week
5

Parts of you

The performer, the resenter, the one who’d still do anything for them.
Practice
Meeting the resentful one without shaming it.
Week
6

Contact you choose

Adult terms.
Practice
Script the conversation you’ve avoided.
How payment works
$65 per person, per session
Paid in full at enrollment

Groups run out-of-network and privately. Paying in full at enrollment holds your place for the whole series — and lets the group form as a stable, closed circle: the same people, from beginning to end.

Refunds

A full refund if you withdraw before the first session. In the first two weeks, a prorated refund or a credit toward a future group. Once the group has formed, the remaining sessions aren’t refundable — the circle was built around your place in it — but if something serious comes up, talk to me and we’ll find a fair way through.

Superbill

A superbill is available for possible partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Whether a group qualifies depends on its nature, so it’s best to check with your insurance company.

Reserve your spot

Seats are limited to keep the group small and safe. Reach out — we’ll find out together whether this is the right next step for you, and there’s no pressure either way.
