Long-term partners often mistake familiarity for knowledge. You know their coffee order, their commute, the sound of their footsteps in the hall — and somewhere along the way you stopped asking what they’re afraid of, or hoping for, right now.

Connection isn’t built in big conversations. It’s built in hundreds of small turns toward each other — and this group is six weeks of practicing them, together, in the room.

We move gently and concretely. Each week has a skill to practice here and one small thing to carry home — nothing performative, nothing you have to get right. Just enough structure to help you find your way back to each other.

The six weeks

A gentle arc — from knowing each other again to keeping what you build.

Week
1

Who you are now

We start with knowing, not fixing. Long-term partners often mistake familiarity for knowledge — you know their coffee order and not their current fear.
Practice
Love Maps — structured questions about each other’s inner world today, not ten years ago.
Home
One question a day at dinner.
Week
2

The small turns

Connection isn’t built in big conversations. It’s built in hundreds of tiny bids for attention, and whether we turn toward them or miss them.
Practice
Spotting your partner’s bids — including the ones that don’t look like bids. Naming what you admire, out loud.
Home
One appreciation daily, specific and unprompted.
Week
3

Saying what you need

The difference between a complaint and a criticism, and why one draws your partner in while the other pushes them out. How to open a hard conversation so it can survive its first sixty seconds.
Practice
Turning a criticism into a need. Softened startup, rehearsed.
Home
One softened ask this week.
Week
4

Being heard saying it

Listening is not waiting. We also cover flooding — what happens in your body when you’re overwhelmed, and how to pause without it reading as abandonment.
Practice
The Seen & Held Conversation — twenty minutes of being listened to without being fixed.
Home
Twenty minutes, twice, no problem-solving allowed.
Week
5

What you’re really asking for

Underneath most stuck arguments is a dream neither partner has said out loud. Gridlock isn’t about the thing; it’s about what the thing means.
Practice
Naming the dream inside your recurring conflict — and asking your partner about theirs with curiosity instead of defense.
Home
Ask one question about their dream. Don’t negotiate it.
Week
6

Keeping it

Rituals of connection, shared meaning, and an honest plan for the week the skills fall apart — because they will.
Practice
Building your own rituals. What you’ll do when you drift.
Home
Yours to keep.
How payment works
$95 per couple, per session
Paid in full at enrollment

Groups run out-of-network and privately. Paying in full at enrollment holds your place for the whole series — and lets the group form as a stable, closed circle: the same people, from beginning to end.

Refunds

A full refund if you withdraw before the first session. In the first two weeks, a prorated refund or a credit toward a future group. Once the group has formed, the remaining sessions aren’t refundable — the circle was built around your place in it — but if something serious comes up, talk to me and we’ll find a fair way through.

Superbill

A superbill is available for possible partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Whether a group qualifies depends on its nature, so it’s best to check with your insurance company.

Reserve your spot

Seats are limited to keep the group small and safe. Reach out — we’ll find out together whether this is the right next step for you, and there’s no pressure either way.
